Isle of Man
The Isle of Man has so much to offer. As the road racing capital of the world, the TT Races, Festival of Motorcycling and Southern 100 draw thousands of worldwide visitors each year.
If you enjoy cycling, this is the home of Manx grown stars Mark Cavendish and Peter Kennaugh. Enjoy our quiet scenic roads.
Or you can enjoy our varied 1000 year Celtic & Viking heritage at sites such as Peel Castle, Castle Rushen, Rushen Abbey, Grove Museum, Manx Museum and our working museum at Cregneish showing old Manx life in thatched Manx cottages.
If you enjoy wildlife, take in a boat trip to see basking sharks, Risso or common dolphins, pilot whales and seals. A trip to the Calf of Man, a protected bird sanctuary is essential if you enjoy birdlife. Or if transport is your passion, ride the vintage electric trams, the horse trams and the steam train.
